1.) To know smth inside out - to know every detail

2.) To know someones stuff - to have a very good knowledge of smth

3.) To have a familiar ring to smth - Smth sounds familiar/I think I've heard it before.

4.) To ring a bell - Can't remember exactly.

5.) Haven't (got)/ do not have a clue - Not to know at all.

6.) Haven't (got)/  do not have the faintest idea - I really don't know at all.

7.) Haven't (got)/ don't have the foggiest (idea) - I absolutely don't know at all.

8.) Someone can't for the life of someone remember smth - I can't remember at all.

9.) To be out of touch - Not to know the latest events.

10.) Do not ring any bells with someone - I haven't heard it before. It is unfamiliar.
